Blasting & Inspection
Cylinders are marked, de-valved, prepared, blasted, and thoroughly inspected for condition and serviceability.
Testing
The appropriate test is completed based on the cylinder type and applicable requirements, including hydrostatic, low-pressure, aluminum, and scuba cylinder testing when appropriate.
Valving & Re-Valving
After testing, cylinders are re-valved using the existing valve when suitable or a new valve when needed.
Painting & Finishing
Steel cylinders can be finished using customer-specific water-based Watson Coatings colors, with two-tone painting and stenciling available as additional options.
